Who is HydroControl for

Operation departments

Teams responsible for the current operation of submersible pumps in municipal water utilities, municipal water utilities and enterprises with their own intakes - needing monitoring of the technical condition and notifications of anomalies.

Technical managers

People responsible for energy optimization, reliability and infrastructure maintenance costs - needing analysis of operational parameters and operational reports.

Service services

Service departments registering reports, keeping documentation of repairs and analyzing the failure history of facilities - need an integrated tool combining operational data with handling requests.

Key features

Eight modules covering the full scope of operational management of water supply infrastructure - from equipment storage to diagnostic reports.

Operational dashboard

Collective view of the status of wells, tanks and alarms. Facility location map with status markers - insight into the condition of the entire infrastructure from one screen.

Equipment warehouse

Full records of aggregates, pumps and engines: technical parameters, construction history, location in the facilities. The basis for diagnostics and service planning.

Operational monitoring

Measurements of operating parameters of wells and tanks - manual and telemetry. Parameter history, trend charts, chemical data, water level visualization.

Pump diagnostics

Assessment of the technical condition of pumps based on measurements: energy efficiency, risk of failure, operating parameters in relation to the pump characteristics. Indicators with status zones.

Alarms

List of current and archived alarms, filtered by type and object. Configurable alarm thresholds for tanks (high, low levels) and pump operating parameters.

Remote pump control

Sending ON/OFF signals to the well from the application level, with a record of each operation in the control history (signal type, time, user). Full command audit.

Reports and analyses

Operational reports (well operation, energy consumption, water quality, alarms, work efficiency) and historical analyzes - generated on demand with filters by date, intake, well.

Service and knowledge base

Registration of service requests with attachments, tracking the status of repairs, a database of technical articles and a pump selection tool with comparison of units.

What it looks like in action

Four views from the application - from the operating desktop to a detailed well diagram.

HydroControl - operating desktop with a device map
Operational dashboard

Number of active wells, disabled devices and active alarms. Facility location map with status markers - a full picture of the infrastructure in one view.

HydroControl - tank visualization
Tank visualization

Tank specifications, high and low level alarms, graphic visualization of filling, 7-day level history chart, measurement table.

HydroControl - operational diagnostics
Pump diagnostics

Visual indicators of the pump's technical condition: energy efficiency, risk of failure, geo-hydraulic parameters, engine temperature. Alarm zones with immediate assessment.

HydroControl - well diagram and pump control
Well diagram and control

Full diagram of a deep well with operating parameters, assessment of the pump condition in relation to the characteristics, remote control of the pump operation with operation history.

Integrations and measurement layer

HydroControl receives data from the measurement infrastructure and integrates with other HydroNexis modules.

CSZU

Cooperation with the CSZU module in the HydroNexis ecosystem - well passport from CSZU supplemented with operational data from HydroControl. We determine the scope of integration during implementation.

SMS gateway and control

Sending control commands to the well via HTTPS integration with the SMS gateway. Each control is saved in the signal history.

E-mail notifications

Notifications of alarms and operational events via SMTP, in accordance with a configurable policy for each organization.

Data export

Export of tables and reports to XLSX and PDF. Print views directly from the application.

Proven measurement layer

We provide our implementations with a complete stack: the HydroControl application plus a measurement layer and telemetry gateways from Polish manufacturers with whom we cooperate operationally. The client receives one, coherent system - he does not have to coordinate several suppliers separately.

Probes and measurement transmitters

Industrial grade depth probes, pressure transmitters, temperature and flow sensors supplied by - a Polish manufacturer of measurement and control equipment, a European market leader in this category.

Drivers and data transmission

Telemetry controllers (including SMART-500) and transmission gateways supplied by Control- a Polish company with 35 years of experience in automation and telemetry. Communication via RS-232, RS-485, M-Bus and LTE-M wireless transmission.

Brands mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners. Operational cooperation in implementations for common clients.

Frequently Asked Questions

The system is ready for immediate use. After ordering a demo and determining the scope of cooperation, we will activate your organization's account within 1-3 business days. The scope of historical data import and integration with the existing measurement infrastructure is determined individually - typically 1-3 weeks of work depending on the scale of the infrastructure.

Yes. HydroControl and CSZU are two modules of the HydroNexis ecosystem and are designed to work together - the well passport from CSZU can be supplemented with operational data and measurements from HydroControl. We determine the specific scope of integration during implementation. Each module can also work independently.

In our implementations, we standardly provide a complete measurement stack: depth probes, pressure transducers, temperature and flow sensors from the Polish manufacturer Aplisens S.A. and telemetry controllers (including SMART-500) from the Polish company Control Sp. z o. o. The controllers communicate with measuring devices via standard industrial protocols (RS-232, RS-485, M-Bus) and send data to HydroControl wirelessly (LTE-M). Integration with your existing infrastructure is also possible - we determine the scope during the implementation conversation.

Remote control is covered by an access control mechanism based on roles and permissions. Each command sent to the pump is saved in the signal history with information about the signal type, time, source and user who performed it. The permissions policy (who can control, who can only observe) is configurable for each organization.

HydroControl analyzes the pump's operating parameters and compares them with the pump characteristics and alarm thresholds. Anomalies are visually marked as alarms in the appropriate status zones (from warning to critical) and added to the list of current alarms. We activate alarm notifications according to your organization's configuration (e-mail, alert in the application).

Yes. The HydroControl interface is available in Polish and English versions. The possibility of expanding with additional languages is determined individually - especially important for international GDPR implementations.

As standard, HydroControl is delivered in a cloud model (SaaS) - data is hosted in the cloud on servers located in the European Union, in accordance with GDPR requirements. We use connection encryption (HTTPS) and automatic backups.

For customers whose security policy requires data to be stored in their own infrastructure (typical for municipal water utilities, municipal water utilities and industrial enterprises), we offer on-premise implementation - full installation of HydroControl on the customer's servers. Both options run the same software and have identical functionality. The difference only concerns the place of data storage, the settlement model and the scope of responsibility for maintaining the infrastructure.

We determine the choice of model during the implementation conversation - depending on your security policy, your server infrastructure and internal requirements.

HydroControl is billed in the SaaS model - monthly or annual subscription, without license costs or infrastructure investments on the client's side. Pricing is individual based on the number of monitored objects (wells, pumps, tanks), the number of users and the scope of integration. As standard, the contract includes technical support, updates and hosting. In the on-premise model, we bill license and technical support separately. Measuring equipment and controllers are billed separately, according to suppliers.

Yes. Just fill out the "Request a Demo" form - we will contact you within 24 hours and arrange a 30-45 minute presentation tailored to your infrastructure. No obligations and no cost. During the demo, we show HydroControl in action, answer technical questions and determine the scope of possible implementation.
