Pricing

Transparent pricing logic, no hidden costs and no rigid packages.

Each water company has a different scale of infrastructure, different security policies and different integrations. Our pricing adapts to your real needs - we do not try to force you to subscribe to a subscription that you will not use.

Early Access Program

Free pilot 60-90 days

For early customers, we offer a free pilot within an agreed scope. The client sets the priorities, we provide a working platform and support from the product team. No cost, no contractual obligation for this period.

Common scope

Together we define the scope of the pilot (which modules, how many objects, what reports). The pilot is not fully production - it is a verification of the value of the platform in your reality.

60 to 90 days

We determine the exact duration of the pilot together. A shorter period for simpler scopes (e.g. CSZU only for 20-30 intakes), longer for a full platform with integrations.

Decision after the pilot

After completing the pilot, you decide on full implementation. No obligations and automatic contracts - switching to a paid contract requires a separate decision.

Settlement models

The choice of model depends on the implementation architecture (cloud or on-premise). Both options include technical support and updates.

Cloud (SaaS)

Monthly or annual subscription

  • No infrastructure investment on the client's side
  • Hosting, backups and maintenance on our side
  • Application updates included in the subscription price
  • Technical support during business hours
  • Fixed monthly rate during the contract period

A typical choice for smaller and medium-sized water utilities and organizations without a dedicated IT department.

On-premise

License + technical support

  • Full installation on the customer's infrastructure
  • One-time software license
  • One-year technical support and update contract
  • Customer manages server infrastructure maintenance
  • Full data sovereignty - a typical choice for municipal water utilities

A typical choice for larger critical infrastructure operators and organizations with a "critical data in their own network" policy.

Both options run the same software. More about implementation models ->

What influences the valuation

Six factors we take into account when preparing an offer. The better we understand them in your context, the more precise the offer.

1

The scale of the infrastructure

Number of water intakes, wells, tanks, pumps and other objects monitored by the platform. This is the basic scaling factor - from a few facilities in a small company to several hundred in a large municipal water utility.

2

Selected modules

Do you need only CSZU (management of intakes and permits), HydroControl (monitoring and pump diagnostics), or both modules. FSM and GIS are currently in the pilot phase and are priced individually.

3

Number of users

The number of people using the platform - from a few in a small company to several dozen in a larger organization with separate operations, management, reporting and service departments.

4

Scope of integrations

Whether we integrate with existing telemetry, industrial controllers, billing systems or other internal tools. Integration is optional - you can start without it and add it later.

5

Implementation model

Cloud (SaaS) or on-premise. It affects both the cost structure (subscription vs. license) and the scope of responsibility for infrastructure maintenance.

6

Scope of implementation

What exactly do we do in the implementation phase: import of historical data, report configuration, team training, integration with measuring devices. A larger scope means a higher one-time cost, but a faster payback in the production phase.

What is always included in the price

Regardless of the size of the contract and the selected modules, each HydroNexis implementation includes the following elements.

Technical support

Contact by e-mail and telephone during working hours. We set the response SLA individually depending on the criticality of the implementation.

Application updates

All functional updates and security patches are included in the subscription (cloud) or support contract (on-premise).

Team onboarding

Basic user training during implementation. For larger teams, we organize workshops per role (operators, managers, reporting).

Technical documentation

Full user and administrator documentation, including documents required in public procurement law (data entrustment agreement, security policy, emergency procedures).

Frequently Asked Questions about pricing

Each water company has a different scale of infrastructure, a different scope of needs and different integration requirements. Rigid packages would be unfair - either they would force you to pay for features you don't need, or they would not cover the specific requirements of larger operators. Individual pricing allows you to adjust the offer to a realistic scale - without overpaying or excessive promises.

Typically 5-10 business days from the first conversation about your needs. For typical cases (CSZU or HydroControl, average water supply company) we are able to present an offer faster. For larger implementations with integrations and an on-premise model, we need time for a thorough architecture analysis - rushing here is not good for either party.

The contract price is fixed for the duration of the contract (typically 12 or 24 months). Annual indexation, if used, is clearly stated in the contract and limited by the inflation rate. We do not use mechanisms of hidden price increases or discretionary price list changes during the contract.

Yes. You can start with one module (e.g. CSZU) and add additional modules (HydroControl, FSM, GIS after their premiere) at any time. The extension includes adding a new module to the existing contract with an appropriate modification of the subscription - it does not require a new full implementation from scratch.

The one-time cost includes: account configuration and organizational structure, import of historical data (if required), configuration of reports tailored to your requirements, team training and possible integration with existing systems. We agree on the specific scope during the first conversation. For the pilot (60-90 days), most of these items are done for free as part of the early access program.

Measuring equipment (probes, transducers, telemetry controllers) and transmission gates are provided by our technical partners - Aplisens and Control. They are settled separately, directly with equipment suppliers. In the collective offer for HydroControl, we help organize the full measurement stack, but hardware prices are not part of the platform subscription.

Yes. Most water utilities are public entities subject to public procurement law. We provide full documentation required in the proceedings: functional description, technical documentation, statements, references, offer cost estimate in the required format. We also support you in preparing technical specifications for tender for procedures planned by your procurement department.

Would you like to know the approximate price?

A short conversation about your scale and needs is enough for us to prepare a specific offer. No strings attached.
