FSM

Field Service Management - management of field teams servicing water intakes.

Mobile application for brigades, real-time position map, task schedule, automatic settlement of working time, QR codes at facilities. It eliminates paper document circulation and gives full insight into the work of teams in the field.

Status: in the pilot phase with a partner from the water sector.Pilot scale: over 150 water intakes, several field brigades, Android mobile devices.

Who is FSM for

Dispatchers

People coordinating the work of field brigades - who need a live map with the teams' positions, the ability to quickly assign emergency calls and insight into the progress of tasks.

Planners

Maintenance and inspection planning departments - needing task schedules, work templates, defining cyclical tasks and managing the availability of brigades.

Field crews

Brigade managers operating water intakes in the field - needing a simple mobile application with large buttons, working even without coverage, with voice control and QR codes.

Key features

Eight functional areas covering the full work cycle of field brigades.

Live crew map

Positions of all brigades in real time on the intake map. "On the road / on site / pause / offline" statuses visible with marker colors.

Android mobile application

Brigade terminal on the company phone. Large buttons, high contrast, Speech-to-Text voice support. It also works offline with synchronization when coverage returns.

Schedule and Gantt

Calendar view per brigade or per district, drag-and-drop tasks between days and teams. Defining recurring tasks with repetition rules.

Work templates and checklists

Customizable job templates with "general/per well/closure" sections. Checkbox fields, text, numbers, photos. Dynamically generating a checklist for each active well in the intake.

QR codes on assets

Generating and printing QR codes for each intake and well. The brigade scans the code with a phone - the system automatically confirms arrival and opens the facility card.

Automatic working-time KPIs

The system automatically counts travel time, working time, pauses, breaks and deviations from the plan. Indicators available in summary reports and brigade cards.

Critical alerts and failures

The dispatcher can send a critical alert to the brigade - the application suspends the current task and directs the emergency call. Full acceptance and implementation audit.

Reports and approval

The brigade completes a report in the application (checklist, photos, voice notes). The dispatcher approves or rejects the report with comments. Full edit history in the audit log.

Integrations in the HydroNexis ecosystem

FSM is an overlay module - it reads object data from existing platform modules without duplicating.

CSZU

FSM reads intake and well data (locations, technical data, structure) from the CSZU module. Data editing remains in CSZU - FSM does not duplicate them.

GIS (planned)

After the premiere of the GIS module - auto-trigger of FSM tasks in case of failure reports registered in GIS, and exchange of data on the location of the water and sewage network.

SSO

Single Sign-On with an existing HydroNexis account - no separate login to FSM for users already registered in the platform.

Notifications

Push, e-mail and SMS - configurable channels for events (new task, critical alert, report for approval, no brigade signal).

Frequently Asked Questions

FSM is currently in a pilot phase with a partner from the water sector. Full commercial availability is planned after the pilot is completed and feedback is collected. Customers who order a demo at this stage receive early access to the module and influence on development priorities.

The FSM mobile application is designed for Android. We recommend one work phone per brigade, managed by a manager. The application is optimized for field work - large buttons, high contrast, voice control, offline operation with synchronization when coverage returns.

Yes. The application works offline - the brigade can complete checklists, take photos, and dictate voice notes even without a signal. When coverage returns, data is automatically synchronized with the platform. Task workflow (drive, arrive, work, finish) is also supported offline with timestamps based on the device's local clock.

Each intake and well can receive a unique QR code - generated in the portal and printed as a waterproof sticker to be placed on the facility. The brigade scans the code with a phone, which automatically opens the facility card and confirms arrival. This eliminates mistakes and provides hard evidence of presence at the facility.

Yes. FSM is designed as an overlay module of the HydroNexis ecosystem. Reads data of intakes, wells and areas from the CSZU module without duplicating them in a separate database. Login is done via Single Sign-On with your existing HydroNexis account. After the premiere of the GIS module, additional integration is planned - auto-trigger of FSM tasks when reporting failures in the water and sewage network.

We are actively working with the first pilot partner, but we are considering expanding the early access program to include additional water companies. Customers from the early access program receive preferential conditions, direct contact with the product team and influence on module development priorities. Just request a demo and indicate your interest in the pilot.
